Next PAC Meeting
Next PAC Meeting
Date: Wednesday, June 24th
Time: 1:15pm
Location: H.T. Thrift School + Online
This meeting will be the AGM where the new PAC Executive team is selected. All parents are welcome to join and vote or nominate themselves for a role.
PAC Roles & Responsibilities
PAC President: Helps lead the PAC and support our school community.
Vice President: Helps with PAC events and works with the president and school staff.
Secretary: Takes meeting notes and shares important updates.
Treasurer: Looks after PAC money and finances.
Hot Lunch Coordinator: Organizes hot lunches, orders, and volunteers.
Fundraising Coordinator: Plans fundraisers to support the school.
Outreach Coordinator: Helps keep parents and the PAC connected.
Grade 7 Parent Coordinator: Keeps PAC connected to the Grade 7 group by sharing information about Grade 7 fundraisers and celebrations.

Parking at HT Thrift is limited to staff and those with an accessibility tag. To keep our children safe, and to be respectful of the neighbours who live near the school, please use the provided map as a reference as to where you are allowed to park.
Blue lines indicate where parking is allowed, and red lines indicate where parents/guardians should not park or stop to pick up their student.

Did you know you can pay for fundraisers through hotlunches.net? Log in to your hot lunch account at thrift.hotlunches.net and click on Orders. You will see listed all available fundraisers through the website and you can donate or pay directly there. If you have any questions, please reach out to ht.thrift.pac@gmail.com.
